Robert (Rob) DeRobertis - Director, Global Marketing and Communications
Robert DeRobertis is Director of Global Marketing and Communications for Vicor Corporation. In this position Rob leads the worldwide communications organization driving integrated marketing programs (from web to PR to advertising to creative) within the power electronics industry.
Rob, a career engineer, with 25 years experience in high technology, has held various positions in high tech. Rob has held strategic marketing, business development, product line management and applications engineering roles at Analog Devices, Cadence Design Systems, Lucent Technologies (Agere/LSI) and Harris Corporation (Intersil) along with being a software development engineer at Grumman Aerospace.
Rob received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology. In his spare time, he is an avid amateur photographer who competes internationally with the images he creates.
